Temple University Institute for Law, Innovation & Technology

The Temple University Institute for Law, Innovation & Technology (iLIT) is a collaborative legal research, policy, and advocacy center dedicated to the eradication of systemic inequality in technology design and regulation, and driven to redefine innovation as an accountable practice that advances the broad, global, public interest. iLIT works in solidarity with community organizations and civil society transnationally, providing capacity amplifying support to partners addressing unequal, undemocratic and unjust power over the shape and governance of digital infrastructure. iLIT and Nationality for All are both members of the Human Rights for Digital Identity Coalition (HR4ID), a volunteer-led network of over 70 organizations and independent researchers. HR4ID has a longstanding strategic focus on statelessness in the context of digitalization.
